Time Machine – “A Million and One Things To Do”
Ever wonder what an $8 music video looks like? Here ya go. That’s right…who needs flashy cars, a mansion with a pool and two truckloads of fake jewelry when you’ve got a few friends, a camera, and a great song.
Time Machine formed in the late 90′s back on the east coast but eventually relocated to Los Angeles in 2003 after sharing the stage with acts like Common, the Beatnuts and People Under The Stairs to record their debut album, Slow Your Roll, which was released in the spring of ’04. It wasn’t until 4 years later that they came out with their first follow-up, Life Is Expensive, although they did release a “mix tape” of sorts back in ’05 entitled TM Radio. This is the first track I ever heard of theirs and it hooked me immediately.
